At 3 p.m. on 5 September 2020 TMK held a technical seminar and opening ceremony in Xi’an, with more than 100 guests.

Gu Bin, founder and chairman, welcomed the guests and thanked them for years of support. TMK started with runners, he said, and should give that care back.

Tang Yi, general manager of Jiangsu Duowei, a long-time partner, said TMK had changed with the industry and become a leader, and he wished it well.

Gu Tianyuan, general manager, reviewed the company’s path and the 2019 results, showed event cases, and said the aim for the next five years was to be a leading supplier of event technology, products and service.

Han Huihui of Xi’an Zhewen Culture welcomed the room. Yue Baoduo of Yantai University said running science should also serve parks and open tracks, not only race day. Chen Shanlin, founder of Tianjin Ten Miles, said every race and every meeting had involved TMK. The wishes were for the next stage.

The seminar tightened links with the trade and the press. In a year when the pandemic hit every industry, it was a vote for staying with the work.
